Semifinal 1: análisis de temas (4)

Después de descubrir ayer las gratas sorpresas desde Polonia y Noruega aprovecho ahora, que tengo un ratito, para comentar algún tema más de esta primera semifinal. Vamos, pues, con el pato.

11. IRLANDA

DUSTIN THE TURKEY - "Irelande Douze Points"

VESTUARIO: Pero, ¿cómo se valora el vestuario de un pato? Pues evidentemente, me fijaré en las bailarinas que lo acompañan para sacar alguna conclusión. Vestuario de fiesta, algo esperpéntico y con una mezcla entre diosas irlandesas y bailarinas de cabaret francés. Eso sí, todo muy colorido. Aparecen hasta una especie de ninfas. Sin ser correcto al menos han currado algo para el vestuario. Daremos al pato 1,5 puntos.

PUESTA EN ESCENA: La que organizan sobre el escenario con el pato sobre un carrito de ruedas, bailarinas, ninfas y mucho color. Aburrido no es, más bien gracioso. 1,5 puntos.

VIDEOCLIP: Simpático videoclip que es muy parecido a la actuación en directo. Mucho color también en el videoclip reduciendo el protagonismo a las dos bailarinas y al pato. 1,5 puntos.

ORIGINALIDAD DE LA MÚSICA: Folk tradicional irlandés combinado con música pop para dar alegría y ofrecer diversión, baile y amortiguar la critica que hace la letra. 1,5 puntos.

VOZ EN DIRECTO: Voz cascada del pato adornada por un dúo de dos coristas que contrastan con la voz del protagonista. 1 punto.

ORIGINALIDAD DE LA LETRA: He aquí donde los irlandeses han querido que los europeos nos enteremos de lo que opinan de Eurovisión. Es un veneno recubierto de caramelo. Quizás deban cambiar parte de la canción ante la protesta de la televisión griega por hablar de Macedonia en vez de FYR Macedonia. 2 puntos.

IMPRESIÓN GENERAL: Ya no podemos hablar de si una canción es típica o no de Eurovisión ya que el festival se reinventa año a año para ofrecer cada vez más estilos de música y donde tienen cabida hasta las críticas al certamen. No es aburrido y ha conseguido captar la atención de millones de europeos antes del festival y eso ya es un éxito. 2 puntos.

TOTAL PUNTOS IRLANDA: 11 PUNTOS.



12. ANDORRA

GISELA - "Casanova"

VESTUARIO: Gisela me recuerda al patito que se convierte en cisne. Desde que salió de OT ha mejorado ínfinitamente. Se ha convertido en una chica elegante que luce muy bien todo tipo de ropa. Tanto en su aparición en la 8TV como en el videoclip está muy elegante y atractiva. 2,5 puntos.

PUESTA EN ESCENA: Desconocemos hasta hoy qué puesta en escena llevará Gisela pero el tipo de canción que presenta puede dar mucho juego. Hasta salir de dudas, de momento 1,5 puntos.

VIDEOCLIP: Como suele ser habitual en Andorra, conocemos sus temas a través de videoclip. Nuevamente nos muestran paisajes pintorescos del principado y Gisela da ese toque de glamour. Bonito videoclip. 2 puntos.

ORIGINALIDAD DE LA MÚSICA: Es uno de los puntos fuertes del tema puesto que es una melodía que entra a la primera en la cabeza, con fuerza y potente y un estribillo marcado. Los peros que tiene que puede llegar a ser repetitiva y que recuerda a algún tema que ya hemos escuchado ya antes. 2 puntos.

VOZ EN DIRECTO: No hemos podido ver a Gisela en el directo ya que su aparición en 8TV cantó en play back. Tenemos la referencia de su paso por el concurso de OT y actuaciones para la televisión catalana y suele hacerlo bien. Ha mejorado bastante su directo. 1,5 puntos.

ORIGINALIDAD DE LA LETRA: Curioso cuento de hadas donde el la intérprete manifiesta su amor por Casanova. Hubo polémica por no incluir nada en catalán y estar cantada íntegramente en inglés. 1,5 puntos.

IMPRESIÓN GENERAL: Es un tema que me gusta pero reconozco que la primera vez que lo escuché me decepcioné un poco. No sé lo que esperaba de Gisela. Después, poco a poco, he ido descubriendo el encanto del tema pero, a veces, se hace repetitiva. 2 puntos.

TOTAL PUNTOS ANDORRA: 13 PUNTOS.



13. BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA

Elvir Laković Laka - "Pokušaj"

VESTUARIO: Recuerda al vestuario de un teatro y parecen personajes sacados del "Mago de Oz". Es todo un tanto surrealista. Posible candidato al Barbara Dex. 0 puntos.

PUESTA EN ESCENA: Me sigue recordando a una obra de teatro. Para disimular abusan de los efectos lumínicos. Seguro que organizarán una puesta en escena que no dejará indiferente a nadie. 1 punto.

VIDEOCLIP: Desconocemos si existe videoclip pero si así fuese seguro que recordaría a un anuncio publicitario para anunciar café soluble o cereales. 1 punto, por defecto.

ORIGINALIDAD DE LA MÚSICA: Sintonía suave y relajante a momentos con golpes inesperados en la parte del estribillo para dar más fuerza. Entre aburrida y original. 1,5 puntos.

VOZ EN DIRECTO: Aunque Laka es muy conocido en la zona balcánica y tiene una gran experiencia, este tema no es para lucirse precisamente. 1 punto y gracias.

ORIGINALIDAD DE LA LETRA: Desde luego parece inspirada en las teorías del existencialismo de Paul Sartre y en el surrealismo. Si alguien buscaba una letra absurda, aquí está. 0 puntos. Os pongo la traducción al inglés de la versión en bosnio.

IMPRESIÓN GENERAL: El tema me puso de mal humor la primera vez que lo escuché. Con respeto a Laka pero me parece un pestiño que se atraganta. 0 puntos.

14. ARMENIA

SIRUSHO HARUTYUNYAN - "Qele Qele"

VESTUARIO: Discreto y sencillo vestuario tanto en el videoclip como en la actuación en directo. Aunque la belleza de Sirusho no necesita de añadidos. Correcto, 1 punto.

PUESTA EN ESCENA: Es un tema que admite una posible puesta en escena original y efectiva. En las actuaciones que hemos visto hasta ahora, la cantante es la que llena el escenario con su arte. En el videoclip nos da pistas sobre lo que podemos ver en Belgrado con tambores y bailarines, 2 puntos.

VIDEOCLIP: Sencillo videoclip, colorista, animado, con bailarines y tambores pero que sirve para presentar el tema sin que pierda su encanto. 1,5 puntos.

ORIGINALIDAD DE LA MÚSICA: El hecho de que los nuevos países hayan entrado en Eurovisión nos ha traído sorpresas agradables como esta. Están llenos de música con toques orientales y pop que tanto nos gusta. Es uno de los puntos fuertes de este tema. Innovadora. 3 puntos.

VOZ EN DIRECTO: Hemos podido comprobar que tiene una voz excelente y agradable. Seguro que no defrauda en Eurovisión. 2 puntos.

ORIGINALIDAD DE LA LETRA: Letra de exaltación de las excelencias que podemos encontrar en Armenia. ¡Vamos! Visitad el país. Sencilla, 1 punto.
