Ni a propósito ha sido el especial último sobre Mirela en "eurocrónicas". Ella ha sido una de las protagonistas en el OGAE Second Chance Contest. Es un concurso al estilo de Eurovisión en el que participan los clubs nacionales OGAE con temas que han participado en las preselecciones nacionales y que no han representado a su país en el Festival. Así, se da una segunda oportunidad a uno de esos temas que no lograron la clasificación.
Este concurso se organiza desde 1987 y OGAE Spain ha vencido en dos ocasiones: en 2002 ganó David Bisbal con su tema "Corazón latino" y en 2004 ganó Davinia con "Mi obsesión".
El club organizador en 2007 ha sido OGAE Slovenia puesto que ganó la última edición con el tema "Mandoline" de Sasa Lendero. Los participantes de este año han sido los siguientes:

Mirela ha obtenido un estupendo tercer puesto y ha sido votada por todas las delegaciones salvo Macedonia y Moldavia. Ha obtenido la máxima puntación de Eslovenia, Israel, Rusia y Suecia. Un gran éxito para nuestra chica de oro. Ganó mi favorito Mans Zelmerlöw con su "Cara Mia"
